244-Unit Multifamily Project in Roosevelt approved by Design Review Board (The Registry): The project, designed by Weinstein A +U for High Street Residential, includes a 1,250 square foot retail space at the ground level, coworking space and 161 parking spaces.
400-Unit Development in Belltown Asked to Return for 2nd Design Review Meeting (The Registry): The building includes 528 square feet of commercial space and 25 below-grade parking stalls with valet parking service. The volunteer board required the design team work further on "refining the adjacent alleyway and pedestrian access," as well as creating "a better correspondence between the project and the Belltown neighborhood design guidelines."
