A single-story building occupied by Luther Burbank Savings in Downtown Bellevue is poised to make way for a hotel, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Bellevue-based Silver Cloud Inns & Hotels, the firm behind the proposed project at 200 108th St. NE, has proposed the new construction of a 10-story building which would feature 150 guest rooms. Plans also call for a rooftop pool and wellness center.
Jensen Design Architects of Redmond is on the project team, according to the Business Journal.
Silver Cloud self performs its construction, rather than seeking a general contractor.
Construction of the approximately $60 million project could begin in early 2025, a representative of Silver Cloud told the Business Journal. That total does not include the $7.1 million which the developer paid for the land a decade ago.
