Toll Brothers is launching a new housing development in Northeast Tacoma, the company announced earlier this week.

Watchtower at Browns Point, now under construction at 5920 Browns Point Boulevard, will include 47 single-family homes across a more than 18-acre site - roughly one quarter of which will be left as open space. Plans call for houses ranging from four to seven bedrooms and 2,873 to 4,087 square feet in size.

"We are thrilled to introduce Toll Brothers and Watchtower at Browns Point to the Tacoma market," said Toll Brothers Pacific regional president Todd Callahan in a statement. "This community offers an extraordinary combination of luxurious home designs and breathtaking views, making it a truly special place to call home."

In addition to housing, the Watchtower project will incorporate a private park and a greenbelt.

Homes are expected to open for residents in mid-2027.
