A new AC Hotel outpost has opened for guests in Downtown Seattle.

The AC Hotel Seattle Downtown, developed by Nexera Capital at 117 Yale Avenue N, sits near the border between South Lake Union and Denny Triangle. The new 11-story building includes 200 guest rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi and workspaces to cater to business travelers.

“We have introduced a fresh way to discover everything this amazing city has to offer,” said director of sales and marketing Timothy Carr in a statement. “Whether our guests are here for business, visiting iconic landmarks or immersing themselves in the local culture, they will find our team is focused on creating unique experiences that cater to their interests and passions. We can’t wait to be part of their Emerald City adventure.” 

Other components of the hotel include the AC Kitchen, which serves breakfast foods, the AC Lounge, and meeting facilities.
