388 apartments underway at 14200 SE 32nd Street in Bellevue

In Bellevue, construction has reportedly commenced for Alexan Eastgate, a new mixed-use apartment complex from Trammell Crow Residential.

Located at 14200 SE 32nd Street, the eight-story development will include 388 residential units atop 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and semi-subterranean parking.

JHP Architecture is designing the project, which is depicted in a rendering with a contemporary look.

The project site is located within the Sunset North office park, and the site sits across from Sound Transit's Eastgate Park and Ride facility.

Completion of Alexan Eastgate is expected in 2028.
