Pembroke has announced that Seattle-based RAIN RFID company Impinj is staying put at the 400 Fairview Avenue in South Lake Union. 

The company has been headquartered on the top three floors of the building since 2015, and has signed a long-term lease agreement which now expands its footprint to nearly 77,000 square feet.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Pembroke and expand our presence at 400 Fairview,” said Impinj vice president Mike Murphy in a news release. “This building has supported our team’s innovation and collaboration for over a decade and the community atmosphere at the building continues to enhance our workplace experience.”

Impinj was represented by CBRE’s Steve Schwartz and Sean Sussex. 400 Fairview was represented by JLL's Jim Allison and Lisa Stewart.

400 Fairview, which includes approximately 349,000 square feet of space, has been fully leased since mid-2024. The property is  home to Fairview Market Hall on the ground floor, is billed as a hub for technology firms.
