Residential developer Intracorp recently submitted plans to the city of Bellevue to develop two parcels on Bel-Red Road, one with 41 townhomes ("Century One"), and one with 31 townhomes ("Executive Plaza").
Century One, at 13401 Bel-Red Road, is a two-acre site, with two existing low-rise office buildings. Each of the 41 new 4-tory townhomes will have 2-car garages. The site plan also calls for guest parking, as well as common outdoor and play areas.
The parcel is currently still owned by J & K Real Estate Corp; Intracorp put the property under contract in December 2021. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2024.
Executive Plaza, at 12835 Bel Red Road, is scheduled to begin construction in September 2023. Plans call for 31 townhomes on a 3.45 acre site that currently has low-rise office uses. There will be two 4-story buildings facing Bel-Red Road, and two 3-story buildings to the South, facing wetlands. Each unit will have garage parking for 2 cars, accessible from a central drive. Intracorp closed on the property in December 2021 for $12,000,000.
Freiheit is the architect for both Century One and Executive Plaza.
Intracorp also completed one other, 49-unit townhome project on Bel-Red Road, called Avid, in 2018.
