Nuveen Green Capital has announced three deals accounting for more than $90 million in C-PACE financing for three components of the $600-million, 20-acre Harvest development in Woodinville.
That includes $30-million for the Somm Hotel & Spa, now under-construction development at 14485 Redmond-Woodinville Road NE. The 164-room Autograph by Marriott Hotel is the centerpiece of the project.
The company also provided $42 million in C-PACE financing for The Yard, which will consist of six buildings containing a mix of shops and restaurants. That loan accounts for roughly 35 percent of the overall $123-million cost of the project.
Finally, Nuveen Green Capital also announced a $20-million C-PACE loan for the River Run Townhomes, which will include 31 luxury homes. Sales prices for the 2,000-to-3,000-square foot homes will range from $2 million to more than $3 million, per a project website.
Nuveeen Green Capital closed approximately $440 million financing for projects across the West Coast in the past 12 months, the company said in a news release.
