Plans to build a mixed-use, high-rise development in Belltown have cleared the Seattle Downtown Design Review Board reports The Registry.

The proposed project from Bosa Properties, slated for a property located at 110 Clay Street, calls for the construction of a 16-story, approximately 348,000-square-foot building which would contain 221 apartments above 11,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and underground parking for 200 vehicles.

Perkins&Will is designing 110 Clay Street, which would be located toward the northern edge of the property, with a facade that steps back from 1st Avenue.

Hewitt is reportedly the project's landscape architect.

Bosa, based out of Vancouver, Canada, is also active in the region with a new condo complex near Seattle City Hall.
