The city of Bellevue recently approved Stanford hotels’ land use proposal for Cloudvue, a 1.8M square-foot complex of two Office Towers (43 Stories each), one Residential/Hotel Tower (53 Stories), ~400 Residential Units, ~286 Hotel Rooms, and ~32,000 square feet of retail. The site is at 10855 NE 8th St in downtown Bellevue, near Amazon’s new offices. Stanford bought the site from Plus Investment USA for $128 million in 2018.
The project will top out at 600’, on a 4.6-acre parcel, and feature a 1000-seat performance space operated by Easthub, a community development organization. There will also be ~2,400 spaces in 7 levels of subterranean parking. The project is aiming for LEED and Fitwell certifications.
ZGF Architects is designing the office towers. Weber Thompson is designing the residential tower that will also include the hotel. MZA Architecture, GCH Landscape Architecture, Rushing, Stantec, Glumac, and Hart Crowser are also a part of the design team.
