Trammell Crow Company has received a conditional design approval from the City of Seattle to build a new mid-rise office tower at 901 Lenora Street.

The project, which would replace a two-story structure and a surface parking lot, will include 179,000 square feet of commercial space, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. Trammell Crow Company is under contract to acquire the site, although the transaction has yet to close.

Trammell Crow Company is already active in the surrounding area, with a roster of projects that include an under-construction life sciences tower and a proposed office building at 900 Virginia Street.
